The truth, what’s good and what’s not
The hotel boasts an outstanding location with stunning waterfront views and spacious accommodations. The well-equipped kitchen made our stay comfortable, while the friendly staff enhanced our experience tremendously.
Unfortunately, we encountered issues with our initial suite's balcony door that required us to switch rooms late at night, which was quite disruptive.

Waterfront view, spacious suite, free underground parking
Awful pillows!!! No air conditioning makes it stuffy and loud, especially during busy seaplane flights. A bit more attention to soundproofing and temperature control would go a long way!!!

I had a lovely stay in a Two Bedroom Waterfront Suite, where the soft sheets and the cozy beds made for a great night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. The peaceful garden area was perfect for unwinding with a cup of coffee, while the hot tub offered a nice way to relax. The only thing was that it got a bit noisy at times, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience! 😊

The one-bedroom suite with waterfront view offered a stunning panorama of seaplanes and sailboats, and the large balcony was perfect for enjoying the scenery. Excellent amenities included a full kitchen and complimentary underground parking. However, parking spots were very tight, which was a bit frustrating. Despite the overall comfort, better housekeeping attention would enhance the experience.

We had an awesome group trip, visiting Buccaneer Days and the Luxton Fair! The location was ideal for catching all the excitement. The suite was spacious and views of the harbor were stunning. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially with late check-out. Highly recommend for fun outings in the area!
However, we were frustrated that our room type wasn't guaranteed. It was disappointing not to secure the suite we wanted, so plan ahead if you have specific needs.
